For a full refund, you must cancel by phone 48 hours prior to the deliver day. A 35% cancelation fee will be applied.

All sales are final, 48 hour guarantee after purchase online or by phone. If you have a problem with the order, you must call the shop and send a picture to sbinfo@southernblossom.com.

We are not liable of stolen credit cards, or fraudulent calls or orders.

FLOWER AVAILABILITY:

Flowers may be substituted due to seasonal availability with a flower of similar color, style, and cost.
